Tina Evans began working in the real estate title business while in high school. Originally from Lancaster, she has spent nearly 40 years handling the title needs of local and regional clients. She attended the University of Rio Grande, is a mother of six and grandmother of five, and resides in the rolling hills just outside of Lancaster with her husband Bob.

Mandy is a Lancaster native and a licensed title agent, licensed real estate agent, and has worked with appraisers. She has over 20 years of experience in the title and real estate industry. Her knowledge and attention to detail are unparalleled. Mandy is a mother of two and is active in her community.
